David B. Cotner
Dave Cotner was born in Fort Lewis, Washington, August 5, 1957. He was admitted to the Montana State Bar in 1983. He is admitted to practice in the State of Montana District Courts, the Montana Supreme Court as well as the U.S. District Court, District of Montana, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court.
