Joslin E. Monahan

Joslin was born May 13, 1978 in Big Rapids, Michigan. Joslin was admitted to practice in the State of Montana District courts, the Montana Supreme Court as well as the United States District Court for the District of Montana in 2007.

Memberships and Activities
Joslin is a member of the American Bar Association and the Montana State Bar. She has worked with the Public Justice Center and ACLU on the National Prison Project, defending detainees’ Eighth Amendment Rights. She worked for the Honorable Judge Clayton Green Jr., on the Maryland Court of Appeals. While serving the State of Maryland House Health and Government Operations Committee, she co-drafted Maryland’s landmark stem cell legislation, signed into law April 2006.
