Milton Datsopoulos
Milt Datsopoulos was born in Missoula, May 4, 1940. He was admitted to the Montana State Bar in 1965, the Montana U.S. District Court, District of Montana, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Milt is the senior partner of the firm and has practiced law in Montana for over 40 years.

Memberships and Activities
Milt is a member of the State Bar of Montana; American Bar Association; Montana Trial Lawyers Association (President, 1977-1978; Director 1971-1987); and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is a Director of Montana Rail Link and numerous other publicly traded companies and has served on multiple private and public corporate boards. Milt served as Chairman of the Montana State Commission on Public Officials Salaries, as the Ninth Circuit Lawyer Representative, U.S. Court of Appeals, District of Montana (2002-2003), and chaired the Montana Salary Commission (1973-1985). He achieved the highest legal rating “AV” from Martindale-Hubbell, a national publication rating attorneys upon evaluations by other attorneys and judges. Milt received the Life Time Trial Lawyers Achievement Award.
