Phil McCreedy was born in Sturgis, Michigan, March 24, 1958. He was admitted to practice in Montana and U.S. District Court, District of Montana in 2001.

Phil is a member of the State Bar Association of Montana and currently serves as a member of the City of Missoula’s Open Space Advisory Committee and President of the Montana Justice Project Board of Directors. Phil served as an Adjunct Lecturer, University of Montana School of Law, 2002-2006. His practice focuses on general civil litigation, environmental and natural resource issues.
