Terance Perry was born in Framingham, Massachusetts, August 14, 1965. He was admitted to practice in Massachusetts (1992), Montana (2005), U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts and U.S. Court of Appeals, First and Ninth Circuits (1993), and the U.S. District Court, District of Montana (2005).
