Trent Baker was born in Portland, Oregon, January 26, 1970 and grew up in Pocatello, Idaho. He was admitted to practice in Montana and U.S. District Court, District of Montana (2001).

Trent is a member of the State Bar of Montana and the Montana Trial Lawyers Association and has an active trial practice. He is experienced in many areas of commercial, real estate and personal injury law. He is active in charitable and community organizations, serves on the board of several non-profit organizations and enjoys many outdoor activities with his wife and two daughters.

University of Utah (B.A., Journalism, 1993) and the University of Montana (J.D., 2001; M.S., Environmental Studies, 2001). He was an editor of the Public Land and Resources Law Review, 2001-2002.
